The hotel was reasonably clean with comfortable and top location right on the lakeside and high standard rooms. Location: the property was close to the Leman lake and ferry, and Evian-les-Bains. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Very good stay, as always. Appealing and nice accommodation with a good setting not far from the ferry and the main shopping street in Evian and all the restaurants. The location was nice, just next to the therrme and close to the city center.

The breakfast was terrible. The food is not fresh (e.g. cheese, jambon), except for croissant.

The breakfast spread offers a good variety of options, the staff is welcoming, and the location is fantastic, just across from the ferry.

The location is good, right on Lake Leman (Geneva) near the town centre and historic buildings. The staff are friendly and the internet works fine.

This is not a 3 star hotel, it is a 2 star hotel in a 3 star location. The room was small and uncomfortable, with no view and difficult access (no lift). We were charged an unexpected fee ("two beds extra"). By the standards of the town, the price is higher than it should be given the level of accomodation.

The service was perfect. The price was very reasonable. The restaurant downstairs was very nice too. Parking was a little tricky but we managed fine. WiFI worked great. The shopping around Evian was lots of fun.

No lift made moving luggage up and down stairs a bit difficult.

We had asked for a lake view was partial from side of the hotel and overlooking the entrance to public toilets. The balcony was only big enough to stand on. It was not a superior room.

The place offers great mountain views and is conveniently located near the main road and shops.

Everything was perfect, with exceptionally nice staff. the hotel had excellent views of the Lake. Its comfortable, very central location was a plus. the hotel was appealing. the outdoor restaurant was small but charming.
